Yotta Bars

[Apple Cinnamon | Cherry | Orange | Healthy Design]

We designed Yotta bars to create a healthier granola bar alternative that is all natural, contains the nutrition of vegetables, includes no refined sugars, meets evolving State nutrition standards for products allowed to be sold in schools, and has ingredients that everyone can pronounce.

Apple Cinnamon

INGREDIENTS: Baby oats, brown rice syrup, honey, pear juice concentrate, dehydrated vegetables (peas, asparagus, broccoli, sweet potatoes, celery, green pepper, corn, spinach, parsley), crisp rice, rolled oats, evaporated cane juice, dried apples, natural flavors, canola oil.



Cherry

INGREDIENTS: Baby oats, brown rice syrup, honey, pear juice concentrate, dehydrated vegetables (tomatoes, asparagus, sweet potatoes, carrots, red bell peppers, beets, corn), crisp rice, rolled oats, evaporated cane juice, dried apples, natural flavors, canola oil.



Orange

INGREDIENTS: Baby oats, brown rice syrup, honey, pear juice concentrate, dehydrated vegetables (carrots, sweet potatoes, corn, red bell peppers, asparagus, mushrooms), crisp rice, rolled oats, evaporated cane juice, dried pples, natural flavors, canola oil.


Healthy Design

Yotta bars meet the FDA requirements to use the “Healthy” claim.  The Healthy claim requires a product like ours to be low fat, low saturated fat, less than 50mg of sodium, less than 60mg of cholesterol, and at least 10% of the Daily Value of one of the following:  Vitamin A, C, calcium, iron, protein, or fiber.

Yotta Bars better these requirements (all values are per serving of 1 bar):

Low Fat: 1 gram
No Saturated Fats: 0 grams
No Cholesterol 0 milligrams
Low Sodium 40 milligrams
Excellent Source of Vitamin C 20% to 25% of the Daily Value (cherry, orange & apple cinnamon)
Excellent Source of Vitamin A 20% of the Daily Value (cherry & orange)
Good Source of Iron  10% of the Daily Value (cherry, orange & apple cinnamon)
